Boasting over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ElGayar joins the team from Towers Rotana in Dubai, where he successfully revamped and enhanced various F&B concepts. His impressive career portfolio also includes key positions at renowned establishments such as Melia Hotel Bali, Jumeirah Bali, and Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, London.
ElGayar’s expertise encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including F&B operations management, budget oversight, concept innovation, and team development. His appointment marks a significant step forward for Shangri-La and Traders Hotel, as they seek to offer guests an unparalleled dining experience.
