Damac Properties partners with AIMA Constructions for Maldives Island Resort

AIMA Construction Company Pvt Ltd has been given the major works building contract for 120 villas at the recently announced Mandarin Oriental Bolidhuffaru Reef resort in the Maldives by DAMAC Group, through its property development subsidiary DAMAC Properties.


The contract, valued at over AED 544 million, was given by DAMAC to start building a collection of resort lodgings on three private islands in one of the most prestigious tropical luxury locations in the world. The 34-hectare luxury resort will be situated in South Male Atoll’s Bolidhuffaru Reef and is expected to open in 2025.

A 30-minute yacht ride from Male’s Velana international airport or other modes of water transportation will get you to this spotless tropical locale.
