The management of 71 hotels that were formerly run by Houston-based Terrapin Hospitality has been taken over by Aimbridge Hospitality, a top global provider of hospitality services.
The broad portfolio, which has more than 8,100 rooms across 21 states, is nationwide in scope and includes upmarket and upper midscale properties from all major brand corporations.
These hotels will gain from the influence of the industry leader’s vast bench of talent, a specialized operational approach that maximizes value, and a roadmap toward continuing global expansion and industry-leading innovation by joining Aimbridge Hospitality’s Select Service Division.
As part of the deal, Aimbridge Hospitality will strengthen its connections with Waramaug Hospitality and Terrapin Investments, two sizable hotel operators who are also active investors in the hospitality industry and who make up the Terrapin Hospitality portfolio.
