  1. The Race Against Time: The world of agentic AI solutions is moving so fast that it’s a constant challenge to build all the incredible solutions they ideate. Maeve and her team have a dedicated internal process—from ideation to design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live—but their ideation list is huge. They must constantly triage based on which solutions will be the biggest needle movers for their high-end clients in terms of revenue generation or cost reduction.
  2. Giving Herself Grace: As a Type A “winner” personality, the biggest lesson she learned was how to handle the inevitable ups and downs of entrepreneurship. She reflected on her early struggles, wishing she could tell her former self to “give yourself some grace. This is a normal part of the ride.” Every struggle, lost deal, or conversion was a crucial part of the journey to becoming the expert she is today.

A Vision for Scaling with Agentic AI

Maeve’s vision for the next three years is to aggressively scale the diagnostic assessment as the core foundation of her agency. With an over 80% client retention rate after they start with the diagnostic, the long-term game is all about rolling out cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.
